Prevent electronic devices deceases and stress
Even if Cambodia still with a low level access to computers and Internet, it is changing and the first people to get inside to the society of information and knowledge is with not doubt the youth in school centers. Now well, we do efforts to teach IT to them and they, by the natural enthusiasm of their youthful time, put their creativity and curiosity. If they have good principles, they will do great explorations. If they only receive devices, they will use them with poor goals.
I can say that some students do the effort to get laptop computers or they get the support of any organization. But it does not guarantee that such student advance in his/her formation. They can be skillful in IT tools and poor in a critic mentality before information.
Listening this week an interview made by Caracol Radio from Colombia to Dr. Santiago Rojas, some listeners asked him by phone about the negative effects of electromagnetic fields produced by devices for the human health. This kind of things should be also thought to children and young students of IT.
Bad effects for the health from IT devices are real and we must prevent users of cell phones and computers of it. You can see several Cambodian young people attach to cell phones all the day – even dying on the road due to talk by phone while driving motorbikes and cars !!!
If you are in charge of an IT program for Cambodian children and youth, you must know that cell phones, computers and other electromagnetic devices, produce radiation. If you are exposed to it all the time, your health can be affected.
Please tell the cell phone users that they must keep a prudent distant from it. If you are working in your office, it is better to put the phone a little far from you, not inside your pocket (especially near the heart or the brain). Using the text message can avoid a big quantity of radiation when you expose your ear to the phone. Same if you use the audio speaker of it rather than putting it on your ear !!! Sleeping near a cell phone or a laptop computers is unhealthy, because the devices continue emitting radiation. It is like those sleeping with plants !!! (plants emit carbon during the night… that you can take inside your body!!!)
One point underlined by Dr. Rojas is that we, humans, have iron in our blood. This single fact make as high receptors and transmitter of energy. We are also batteries, just because we have iron inside our bodies !!! Then, when we get electronic devices, our body receives a great effect of the electromagnetic fields of them.
The Colombian doctor said that the persons who use computers for several hours, are prompt to suffer heart deceases or cardiomyopathy, something that can often be undetected. Another decease that seems to be produced by electromagnetic devices is cancer, but this is an investigation under way.
Please do not turn off your computers now. Things can be prevented and we should give a complete formation to the new generations.
Users of cell phones, computers and electromagnetic devices must be thought to be sport people. It is a good way to prevent bad effects.
Rest is also compulsory. Measure the quantity of time per day before your computer. Break the time with regular moments to change activities. Rest is not necessary to stay at bed. You can walk, have a game match, talk to others.
Prefer the audio speakers of phones and computers to earphones or hearing aid tools. Clean your dormitory from electronic devices. Do not use your cell phone as a alarm clock – Buy a traditional winding watch that does not produce radioactivity. Dr. Rojas said that if it is unavoidable to put electronic devices out of the dormitory, keep them far from your bed and cover them with a clothe. Do not connect them to the power electricity either… while charging, they are transmitting radioactivity.
One symptom that our health is being affected by electronic devices, said Dr. Rojas, is that we feel tired after wake up during the morning. He recommended that if you feel like that, you must visit the doctor as soon as possible.
