Another hidden detail of a Mountain like Bokor is the moss. I took this picture at the Water Fall – of course, there are a lot mosses, since it is a natural water place. Mosses are unusual to most Cambodians, because they are in general low-land people, but highlanders – like me and Cambodians from provinces like Ratanakiri and Mondolkiri – know them very well. It is important to include them in the culture of ecological protection, because they are important for the mountain ecosystem and the generation of water.

Mosses is very important in the mountain but it is not good for the people life,because it can destroy the house and everything when it lives at some places,it damages there for long time until everything decompose.But it also can be medicine to protect people who live in the highlander places.

Do you know that moss is one of beautiful view also, unfortunately when it lives on something such as stones or something else it always takes water from the stone. that why we need take care and protect them or we should have moss monument but it rares to do that.
