You can find ice-cream almost everywhere in the Kingdom of Wonders. However, there is only a place in Phnom Penh with an authentic homemade ice-cream. Definitely, the ice-cream experts are in Turin (Italy), but some of them have moved to Cambodia under the mission to support education for the poor with Don Bosco.
Supporting education is one thing. By doing it while enjoying an ice-cream made with all the duty of the Italian care is another thing.
The Cambodian Don Bosco schools will celebrate the great opening of The Kiosk, an Italian restaurant with a selective menu and ice-cream specialties. Enjoy a 30 % off promotion during the month of December (4th to 30th) in the Tuol Kork District (Road 315).
‘The new outlet has the objective of generating a revenue to self support Don Bosco Hotel School students, to give a chance to students to practice while learning,’ says Roberto Panetto, the Italian director. ‘The Kiosk will be a training place for 170 students of the hotel school, 20 of them will be learning directly in this place,’ he concludes.
In Don Bosco Technical School there is one school that is called the Don Bosco Hotel School that teach students the skills on the Hotel like the front office , Food and Beverage , House keeping , also there is the Italian ice cream that is very sweet too because the Director in charge is the Italian man , so he knows how to make the Ice- cream well . Be sure when you all came to Cambodia you can find the Italian Ice-Cream every where that you want….
